We accept personal cheque/UK Postal Order (payable to “Picture Master Company Limited”) or Debit/Credit Card by a 100% secure SSL payment gateway. Payment must be made within 3 days from purchasing the item from us.
Delivery is within 1-4 working days of receipt of cleared funds. The production process only starts once cleared funds are accepted as each customer order is produced specially to ensure the best possible quality
Picture Master retains the right to modify the prices from time to time and to remove offers without notice.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation, fuel prices and/or unforeseen economic circumstances.
Picture Master are NOT responsible for errors resulting from customer's failure to communicate specific desired instructions. If an error is on the part of Picture Master, our liability is limited to redoing the job to your satisfaction.
Picture Master shall not be liable to the Business Customer/Consumer or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of Picture Master obligations in respect of the Goods, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Picture Master reasonable control. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the following shall be regarded as causes beyond Picture Master reasonable control:
| a) | Act of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident; |
| b) | War, threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition; |
| c) | Acts, restrictions, regulations, bye-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental, parliamentary or local authority; |
| d) | Import or export regulations or embargoes; |
| e) | Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial actions or trade disputes (whether involving employees of Picture Master or of a third party); |
| f) | Difficulty in obtaining materials, labour or machinery; and |
| g) | Power failure or breakdown in machinery |
Picture Master confirms that the goods it supplies as a distributor do not present a hazard to health and safety
| a) | When properly used for the purpose for which they are designed; and |
| a) | If the Customer takes reasonable and normal precautions in their use |
Picture Master makes every effort to supply the goods as shown/advertised on our website, but reserves the right to supply goods subject to minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications.
As each order is produced specially to insure the best possible quality, once payment has been cleared and the production process started orders cannot be cancelled. If however you are aware of a problem with the order you have placed please contact us as soon as possible so we are aware.
At Picture Master we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply contact us within 7 days for a no-quibbles replacement or refund. (less P&P fees).
We reserve the right to add on any third party costs that we may incur if invoices are not paid according to our terms i.e. 30 days.
By placing an order with Picture Master you agree fully to our terms and conditions. By placing your order you agree to indemnify Picture Master and keep Picture Master indemnified against any claims, liabilities, losses and expenses arising out of any misuse of an images supplied to or from Picture Master.
